Cris was stellar, an informative voice of calm reason during an overly extended purchase period of six months. The delay occurred because the seller fell into a short-sale position after the initial agreement, dragging their lender into the picture. The Big Bank was in no hurry to move the sale along, but Cris persevered on our behalf. He always went the extra mile to help. I would never consider another realtor if Cris was available!
