Description of Work: Provided recommendations on what areas of our house should be updated or improved to enhance the value of our home in the event we decided to sell our house. Chris provided tips on how to do simple things to enhance being able to attract buyers but also focus on items that would not be expensive on our budget. Chris provided a complete review of home covering the interior by room, the garage and both our front and back yards. We learned alot from Chris's visit and would use him as our real estate agent if we do sell. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional.
